Refund policy

CheckForPlag offers a free trial designed for institutes and organizations to evaluate the service before making a commitment. Access to the software is available only through paid plans for institutes and organizations.

We also provide a demo for institutes, which allows them to explore the features of the software before deciding on a purchase. This demo is available only for institutes, and based on the demo, they can decide whether to proceed with the purchase or not.

For institutes that have made a payment and wish to discontinue the service, a refund can be requested within 7 days of payment. The full amount will be refunded, and no questions will be asked. A receipt or proof of payment along with a refund request from the authorized buyer is required to process the refund.

Once the refund request is received and verified, we will notify the institute via email. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 15 working days, excluding any additional time your bank may take to reflect the amount. This ensures a smooth and transparent process for all users.
